Cam Superline 6' X 12' 7K Single Axle Tilt Equipment Trailer

Transporting scissor lifts, forklifts, small rollers, and other small industrial equipment requires a special trailer with a low load angle, maneuverability, and ease of operation. The CAM Superline 6x12 Tilt Trailers are designed to meet this need. The Single Axle Tilt trailer is available in a 3 ton capacity. The single axle tilt trailer features a tubular tongue, and come standard with our heavy 4-bolt fully adjustable hitch plate offering multiple position settings to match your tow vehicle.

The 6x12 tilt deck is mounted with a pivot point strategicaly located which allows it to tilt into the loading position via gravity. A tongue mounted hydraulic cushion cylinder provides variable adjustability of the gravity powered tilt operation. A hydraulic flow control valve with adjustment knob allows the user to control the speed at which the deck is tilted. A locking heavy duty latch secures the deck for transportation.

Standard decking is inch and a half tight-grained northern hemlock which provides long lasting durability and enhanced resistance to weathering. When hauling smaller equipment with a narrow concentrated center of weight, CAM Superline strongly recommends a forklift tread package. This tread package consists of (2) 10-inch wide steel tracks spaced to the wheelbase of your equipment. These tracks are reinforced and welded to the cross members of the frame, then layered with expanded metal for increased traction and support. This tread package insures structural support of your equipment rather than relying on deck boards to accommodate the load of your equipment.

The trailer is constructed with a heavy 5-inch angle mainframe, 3-inch channel cross members, heavy duty diamond plate fenders, and includes 4 D-ring tie-downs to secure your load. CAM Superline 6x12 tilt trailers come standard with Dexter Easy-Lube Axles with electric brakes and a slipper spring suspension.
